Fulltone "Supa-Trem"
The finest studio quality tremolo in existence! Using a photo-cell like an old American tube-amp, but without the annoying ticking sound that plagues all other tremolo pedals, the Supa-Trem is the most versatile Tremolo on the market. No gimmicks or silly paint jobs...."this thing lives up to it's name." (Guitar World Mag) True bypass with LED status and speed indicator (no other manufacturer offers this).
Footswitchable Half/Full speed footswitch that stays in tempo (again, a Fulltone exclusive) allowing Leslie-like moves without losing the song's beat. Another footswitch lets you choose between "Soft" smooth wavering or "Hard" square-wave machine-gun stutter! And there's an internal trimmer to fine tune the feel of the waveform! There are many a competitor's trem-pedal up for sale and in the bargain bins because of our Supa-Trem.

Ease of Use: 10
Its very easy to get a great sound from this pedal. The large knobs allow for quick and easy adjustments. I like the hard/soft switch which allows for tremolo sounds ranging from a gentle sine wave to a hard choppy stutter. The pulsating LED is a nice feature also.
Sound Quality: 10
True bypass at its best!
I tried several other tremolo pedals before deciding on this one. The most notable feature this pedal did not have was the annoying ever present ticking or swooshing sound that plagued other tremolos. This pedal is not noisy at all and allowed every bit of my strat's character to come shining through my Traynor YCV-80 amp. The tremolo sound is clear and very pronounced. No tone drain or coloration was present either. In my opinion, its a d**n good rival for the Fender tube tremolo. I have been playing over 20 years and I am very accustomed to the Fender tremolo, but I'll take the "Pepsi Challenge" with any Fender tube tremolo freak anytime with this pedal!
Reliability: 10
USA made. Metal case. 5 Year warranty. Seems pretty reliable.
Customer Support: N/A
Never dealt w/em
Overall Rating: 10
There's an old saying "Good things aren't cheap and cheap things aren't good". Nothing epitomizes this better that the Fulltone Supa-Trem. Sure you will pay more for it but the quality you get is well worth it! From start to finish it has a great sound that will please any blues/rock guitarist(my main style). I see no reason why this pedal doesn't deserve a perfect 10!

Pretty dang easy... every knob does what it says it does. Like with any tremelo effect you have to mess around with the mix or depth control to get it to your taste. I didn't have any problems getting what I wanted out of the pedal.
Sound Quality: 10
The sound is the best. Kudos to Mike Fuller for taking the time and having the ears to get it really right. Tremelo is kind of an afterthough to some people I guess, but I'm kind of a picky nut about it -- my favorite trem sound is the brown-face era Fender Deluxe style tremelo. I tried just about every trem pedal out there, Diaz, Dunlop, Voodoo Labs, Ibanez, Boss, Matchless (terrible!), Demeter, Shcaller, and they all had some drawback, usually the trem wasn't smooth enough, or they didn't have true bypass, they didn't compensate for trem volume loss, or you couldn't tweak it enough, etc. The Fulltone has the best sound, and the controls have the most usuable range of any of the pedals. Also their is an internal trimpot that lets you tweak it a bit more. (I preffered to back this off a bit from the factory setting to get a bit more smoothness.) The only thing keeping teh Sup-Trem from being the absolute king of trem pedals is that is doesn't have a stereo feature, which was one thing I liked about the Dunlop, but that's a very minor point as I don't often run in stereo. However, hard tremelo in stereo is a *very* cool sound. But I'm sure that adding this feature would probably make an already expensive pedal astronomical in cost. I use the pedal with a variety of amps and guitars, an 1960 tweed Bassman, '55 tweed Super, and a VHT Pitbull .45, usually with a Les Paul, Tele or Strat.
Reliability: 10
As with all of Mike's stuff, you could drop it off the Empire state building and it would probably still work fine -- very rugged, and I anticipate no problems whatsoever.
Customer Support: 10
Mike's reputation for high-quality products, excellent customer service and general availability to answer questions, etc is well known. Every time I have dealt with him the support has been the best. I wish everyone ran their business like Mike.
Overall Rating: 9
I play rock & roll, blues, funk, and R & B, "roots" type of music -- this pedal works perfectly, as none of my gigging amps have tremelo built in and I really depend on a good tremelo sound for certain tunes. The only reason I give this pedal a "9" rather than a "10" is it's so expensive, however I can't complain as I bought it used.
