Go for the swimming pool style wiring. The hollow out part will give the hollow body quality....

eh.. why u say mistake?? actually the strat has sort of a hollow body sound... its the single coils that dun make it sound so hollow?

i know this sounds unbelieveable but eric clapton's signature strat is the best strat i ever played! why it's unbelievable is beacause i think he's the worst guitar hero from the 70's! it's so easy to play, like water! and the sound....jesus christ....like heaven. the SRV one is shite though. so is the malmsteen one

NOBODY disses Eric Clapton except George Harrison... Angst aside, it plays well cos of the soft V neck which I ALWAYS want... sigh... Van Zandt strat with all the niceities for $1.7k... no money...
