haha... EGOOOOOOOO.... As much as I like Storm in Heaven... Urban Hymns gets the most spin time on my player... I don't know why I keep reaching for this CD. The Verve.... They is my musical saviour.... i didnt get into verve like most of you guys.. i heard all the old ones before in JC, borrowed from willy i think.. like them but didnt remember too much about them until i bought urban hymms and i slowly went back to their old records.. that's when i got into verve alot more.. urban hymms was good, very radio friendly but the old ones are untouchable classics..

haha... that "put the guitar down facing the amp and here i go pretending to get trippy while smashing my tambourine while my guitar gently weeps" move........ he did that in that 2 days NAFA gig that many of us still fondly remembers. I reckon that was the first time I talked to Daniel, Pauline and probably Melissa of Astreal. Oh well... memories. I cna't remember how the Sebastian guy looks like... but all I can rem is for one song they have whihc had this getai melody (pretty cool...) the Seb fucker... put his guitar down and let it feedback and oscillate thru the delays etc. while he s.l.o.w.l.y. put on his denim jacket... with his back towards the audience. Not sure if da boss MrMisse was there... Hmmm... Yes, denim jacket wearing indie kids were ard since 1996... hehehe ;D
