mrmisse, i have to take up your offer.. a soldering demo would help indeed. ive already requested to get 10ft of george L's and will soon head down to sim lim to get the flat heads. the cables will probably be in my hands by this weekend.. we communicate thru email? ok.. and thanks very much 44.. will resort to handwritten notes of your guide for live reference.

extension cord? ive got one with 8 gangs! secluded shops at sim lim sell them for $26. a steal! it comes with the safety mark so no worries of any compromise..
