thanks malcolm - that mayo - its a really nice muff!!
i like noel's screwdriver as well. they really go well together when stacked!
i like mayo on the muff the best ... but lets stick to the topic of pedals eh? hehehe!

Cool I'm glad you liked the Mayo. I personally prefer the ?Lady over the Mayo. The ?Lady is more grainy for the lack of a better word and has better articulation. Same amount of gain like the Mayo. I also find the Top Fuel stack the best into the Screw Driver  |

I've got a better idea, get a ?Lady to go with your Mayo  Although both are Fuzz pedals albeit a different version of the Big Muff, Marc built them with very different sonic characteristic. The ?Lady is grainer and more atriculate than the Mayo. Noel tried both pedals and he should be able to give you an indepth run down  |

c'mon malc, i don't think i will get both pedals. i don't want grainy but rather i love the creamy goodness the mayo dishes out in abundance - its good at what it does. Its nicer than a foxey fuzz, nicer than a big muff of any period and most of all, with the flat toggle, is less muddy than most of the fuzzes out there. I think we're in the realm of good pedals already - each with its magic. I don't think i will be one of those nut-jobs who has a number of skreddy pedals, although it is very tempting. hehe! now to learn how to hold a pick and i should be on track for rock stardom!
