I am suffering from GAS officially. Should I get a: a) TECH21 TRADEMARK10 amp, with onboard GT-2 circuitry; b) Ibanez FL-9 Flanger, and sound like adam jones; c) Teese RMC Compressor FK-1, to replace the BOSS CS-3; d) stop buying gears and start practising 5/8, 7/8, 9/8 and 11/8 odd-meter stuff so that future songs can sound more wicked How? I haven't start work and my wishlist is piling up faster than the waste pile up at a dumping site....

Hur hur, dun worry. the compressor more or less getting. i just hope it will be happy with the rest of my babies. The MXR DynaComp very naughty and noisy, dun like to play with the rest. So i am taking it out.

Sooner or later niah. Actually, i was counting this morning, and i realised one of my song has a 11/8 part in it...then again, my music theory sucks, so i can't be certain...maybe get some music to tab out my guitar parts someday......hur hur....

gas start before anything imho, the 4th choice can be done anytime, so left only 3 choice. The flanger can wait too, since it might not be jones in a box, so now left with 2 choice. Its either amp or pedal. Hehe, make life easier ;D oh, on the FL-9, is it still in production? Iam not too updated with ibanez pedals. How to practice those odd time signature har? Man, i felt so lost in there

Man, i felt so lost in there I need amp to practice. My marshall sounding like fart now. Could it be the 12AX7 in there needs chnaging hur? Cuz the f**ker is almost 12 years old already... Anyway, i eyeing the TECH21 TRADEMARK10...I heard the sound can ORGAS siah ... Yo do, the FL-9 is recently reissued by Ibanez. I hope its the ultimate Jones-in-a-box pedal man. It should complete my AJ tone. Check out the website: ibanez.com/accessories/spec.asp?m=95How to practice odd time? Easy. Play tool songs. After 30 mins, you'll become ZEN. Then, every riff you play will almost certainly be, well, ODD...if you're lucky, you may also be infected with the middle-eastern scale syndrome (MESS). Then, everything you play will be ODD & Middle Eastern that only cobras can understand.... ;D

well, can anyone out there play cowbells?
My side project, Spooning With Satan, a death country band (or count-metal like what Y's drummer calls it) has a tune called 'Ballad of Sally Yoshino' which is in 7/8 timing...
We need the cowbells maaaaannnn....

last time i had a project band called satan's left ball with sanjeev from boredphucks (now the suns) and some bloke called trevor scully. only did one song called 'death metal mama' then after that broke up.
we should form a project band with all the g.e.g club members. we use guitar effects to emulate all the instruments (drums, piano etc)
what you all say? ;D
