heheh.. getting my first one.. i heard sony n toshiba cannot play pirated ones.. what else do i need to know and what brand or model do u recommend?.. ;D

Sinco is the best.. cheap, reliable.. and can mod to play ANY region.. hehehe.. but cannot get from ah siah kia store, harvey norman... cos they dun do mod i think?

I had a shinco once.... yes it plays everything and yes it broke down exactly one year of use.
Now I'm using a Pioneer but it sometimes(rare) rejects my DVD and often VCDs... even original VCDs. ninama....

heh, i was about to say shinco too, the one i am using at home been ok for the past 2 yrs
Just the other day, i saw cheap cheap dvd player at a newly open supermarket down at my work place. Got 99 and 95buckaroos dvd player. Look shiny and slick, and the brand, akira and enzer

i was going to get enzer.. it was like $70.. but i donno which brand to trust leh.. i have a $25 enzer home phone that is not working perfectly after like 3 months.. an akira fan that is spoilt within 1 year.. shinco, never try before..  i'll pop by sim lim n see what they have.. still thinking pioneer actually.. |
