doesnt matter if you can use or not what.. u havent got the green light to use the pics right?.. anyway, first one better lah..
one more thing, for the flyers, think it cannot be full colour lah.. too costly.. n if u print on lous paper, it's gonna look shite.. probably a 1 or 2 colour thing..

grayscale?.. need to do more than that.. just converting to grayscale will make things look pale.. n some parts, normal printing cannot pick up.. 2 different colours may look like ths same grey after converting.. need to adjust contrast..

anyway, while Dan was talking to Joe, I'd asked Joe if we could use that image to do some publicity for AYP. He'd said it's okay man...
