btw , i m keeping in touch with Koichi , got almost daily direct communique with him ... any queries , feel free to foward to this mail wangsmjustin@gmail.com and ill foward it to him  btw ishibashi discounts onli shipping right ? not the actual guitar prices right ? so if i ship 10 guitars or 5 guitars or 2 guitars the onli difference is shipping right ?? anybody wanna jump the gun ? me and my fren shld be placing orders by the end of this month Hi stars, yeah.. i think we'll only be ready in april.. u mind waiting for us? if not, u can go ahead.. u can try asking koichi is there's discounts on the guitars if we order more, like 8.. i seriously think there should be.. hell if we order 8 n there's no discount other than shipping.. we'll only save like $20 per guitar.. there's no real point in doing a bulk order then...  |

err guys ! i m being really on the ball here ... but my point is this. if we are going to get so many sets / guitars right , why dont we just approach guitar 77 ( they do special parallel imports / orders) for our guitars ? a) they can handle all e admin details b) no worries about price c) no worries about people backing out / cheating ( i know this is unlikely but i m just being cautious) d) and the best bit is , they ship in via buying sea container space ( cheaper shipping) e) their price they get from their "suppliers" might be cheaper If you guys want , can ask dennis on your behalf , c if we can neogeotiate a % cut (e.g 5 % of each guitar price go to G77) or a fixed sum payment to handle the details ? might be cheaper this way. |

e) their price they get from their "suppliers" might be cheaper i seriously dun think they get the fenders from manufacturers.. because swee lee is the only authorised dealer n distributor in singapore.. i maybe wrong but that's what i hear from luther about the swee lee part.. no doubt they might be able to get cheaper because they order in bulk but i'm sure they earn something from it, nothing wrong with that because they have overheads to cover.. ok.. haha i donno what my point is now.. we'll just submit in the models for the guitar n see what koichi says.. |

Nothing against Guitar77 and nothing against you. I've done some mass ordering before and to tell you the truth its a bloody pain in the neck. Lets be more business like and focused here. NO maybe I want this maybe I want that. Want means want. The main reason we're ordering direct is to cut away the middle man and have our choice of guitar, color etc. Price will always be the same but who knows Koichi may give some discount if the quantity is big enough. We save on shipping. If anyone here doesn't like the idea of saving on shipping then can order their guitars direct. I'd personally do it direct to Ishibashi and email them directly ONLY when we have the COMPLETE number of guitars with model numbers colours and optional colours. Just ONE email with all the necessary DETAILS and our needs for discount. He will reply us with ONE email with the availibility and prices that he can afford to give. We say yes, we agree, we pay, we wait and we'll play the guitars. Too many cooks spoil the soup and its already happening. On a personal note, I also wonder how Koichi can stand receiving emails and replying them almost EVERYDAY to you when you're only buying 2 guitars and have already fix the model etc. Someone buy Koichi an ice cold ASAHI. |
