Oh I agree the two pedals have different purposes...I was just citing my disappointment after trying a review-hyped up drivetrain....you know like "ohmygosh, it's in singapore!" kind of feeling...and then you realised it was just not what you anticipated...  ;D well if I do get my butt down this weekend, I'll definitely try out the hotcake...man i'm hungry...where's breakfast???  |

Hi mrmisse...
just wanna say a big thank you for the rat II... I spent half of sunday exploring it, and it sure sounds fine! so many possibilities!! Later going jamming, so can at least put it thru' the paces... heh hehehe
I hope you didn't have too much trouble with the ah peks there ... that's why I held back so much...the rat was pretty powerful! ...though I did get a good demo of what the jekyl and hyde can do at full volume thru the laney amp beside me... ;D
Out of curiousity, what was the other guitar you brought besides the SG Standard? Cool looking SG I must add, but my heart belongs to the '61 reissue....some day... some day....

haha.. fuck the ah peks.. haha no lah.. most of them r ok.. it's jus this one that comes up to me now n then to tell me crap shit.. i mean the volume thing is one thing.. it's not like he's doing anything there n he was threatening to complain, i'd say by all means go.. ;D well there was this other time where he was saying we r lousy n donno how to play guitar n were like stroking crap instead of playing songs.. i explained to him that people r trying out things mah.. n then he jus brushed me off saying we dunno how to play.. ;D  ;D well maybe i dont but he dun have to remind me eh.. hahaha.. i'd say crank it up man!! all the way to 11..  the other axe is a Cort Triggs2.. i was going to buy an Ibanez artcore when i tried this n i tot this was more playable n of coz there's the bigsby as well.. heheh.. thanks for coming down.. |
