You must understand, the DE7 is best at its ECHO. Echo is delay PLUS reverb.
If you get just another delay pedal like the DD3/DD6, you might be disappointed.
One bad thing about the DE7 though... you can't control the amount of reverb in the echo. It can mud up very easily.
Thats why I sold off my DE7 and got a DD3, modded it with a hi cut so it can sound like an analog delay, and a reverb unit.
I don't understand.

But technically, he is also contradicting himself.
Selling away something which having shades of a true analog delay/tape echo and instead getting a digital delay to have the hi cut mod, which is trying to go after the real thing
and now also mentioned about echoczar....
talking about analog delay, but not even close to trying the real thing other than hi cut mod???
