Hi.. Anybody can recommend a good analog delay pedal.....
Is Boss DM-2 really that good or just pure hype?? or should i look for a maxon AD900?? Anybody noe what sounds good??

   Boss one should do the job, being analog, discontinued and thus adding on to the sought after status. Maxon got a AD-999 out, close to 1000ms of delay, but the price also not cheap and not available here Analog delay have the characteristic where the repeat are not so clear and pristine sounding as their digital counterpart and often can self oscillate into a wall of noise. But some digital delay are able to do that too. There are even some mod to a boss digital delay to reduce the highs of the repeat and thus making it sound more warm and analog like. Anyway, as long as the delay can give what you want, its good  Have fun |

actually why did moog didnt want to continue producing the delay? Shud be a hit by itself.

hmmm.. good question.. maybe they jus wanna drive us, the delay freaks nuts!!!.. else i dun see why.. hahaha.. maybe it's time n cost ineffecient or maybe the parts r hard to get.. i dono man.. i say i wanna get it but if it's really for sale... i donno if i can forge out that much... sob sob..

I was thinking bout the parts in building it might be getting to difficult to get. But still, if they decided to have a come back, hahaha, at least wait till i strike it rich or strike 4d....
if not, the echoczar is always there ;D

i've always been fascinated with the ability to express any settings with the foot.. i probably wun get the toneczar although it looks damn champion..
hey i feel damn bad siah.. n evil.. making all u out there bankrupt.. n eating bread for breakfast lunch n dinner.. refusing to take any public transport.. n taking on 4 jobs.. pai seh leh..

ok.. back to delay.. the deluxe memory man is pretty warm sounding n can create some weirdarse shit but if u r looking for a simple warm sounding delay, try the H2O..
delays r so much more expensive than the others.. so take ur time n choose.. but the saying goes.. "there's never enough delay.."

Double confirm! Its a pity it does not have Tap tempo, else u got another customer for that pedal....
