i have never played w a limiter so i can say too much.. go down to swee lee n see if they have any BOSS limiters..

the boss limiter pedal is more for bass, i think

They got Boss Limiter (for guitar) also...
just went there on Sat... SL now distributor of Mesa Boogie amps....
