I think we ought to be careful on what we hear on the net lah.. cos a lot of times the set up they have is impossible for us to get.
I believe Analog Mike uses a Plexi thru a '57 Strat to get the tones that he posts as clips to give an idea how his pedals sound (I might be wrong, but i read somewhere)
truth is, at least you get an idea of what it sounds like. If you are interested in marshall in a box, do check out the tonebone Hot British, I believe mrmisse still has some stock.. and they are really THAT good already.

Oh and it won't be so expensive. Local product must price cheaper than the rest cos its LOCALLy made of parts from Ang Mo Kio mah...
