question here...
is it sonically and musically suicide to use multi effects with tube amps???

hehe, thats a good question. But but,
1) If the multl efx into tube amp give you what you want, go for it
2) If anyone say tube amp and multi efx dont match, tell them, thank god iam not you and i can get to experience all sort of fun with tone/sound
3) if the multi efx dont work the amp, you still have 2 piece of equipment which rock just by itself or with other combination of gear
4) if anyone say analog is the way to go, ask them back, what is the meaning of their analog. If they say single stompboxes, then walk away laughing at their definition of analog efx
5) if you like to try it out, be it work out or not, you learn something which is thru experience that others that say these 2 dont match will never noe, provided they only tried out with other gear other than the 2 you wanna combined.
6) If the person who tried out same gear as what you want to try out. I say still go ahead and try. Coz what the other is hearing is 50% different from another person listening. Nothing is true until you hear it yourself and try out yourself
7) If anyone want to go in detail about tube amp as in full tube up to tube rectifier or solid state, tell them to go bong themselves while you try out the efx with the amp
8) If you try it out and it didnt sound good, at least you have learn something that other might not know
9) If it sound good and you like it. Then its all happy ending
10) If by asking in words, its hard to say. Some like to quote certain rock star who goes by multi efx into tube amp and some say both cant match. Ask me and i say, go ahead and try it out!! The fun in checking out gear is thru trial and error, money wasted and time consumed!!!
