I found the solution while screwing around with my delay pedal...
Setup: Guitar -->> Digitech Whammy WH4 -->> BOSS DD-6 Digital Delay -->> EH Deluxe Memory Man -->> Amp.
1) Strum 16th notes on guitar... 2) Depress and hold on DD-6...set on "warp" mode 3) With whammy set on detune, slowly "detune" the string while simultaneously tweaking the delay knob on the EH memory man....

hey good for u.. i guess there's a thousand ways to get a chopper sound.. i think one of the simplest is just a delay w oscillation..
u can simply scrap the strings or scrum dead strings with the memory man on.. n feedback over 12 o clock.. n the delay time not too much.. n just tweak the feedback knob.. u can also shift it to chorus n get some lofi weird repeats..
