ahem, my new band, IF, is playing this saturday at the esplanade. we will be the first band to go on that night so be there early. besides from IF, there will be a chinese rock band right after us. some people say that it's a Singaporean band called pinkpunk but some people say it's a Malaysian band. i'm not sure myself so let's all surprise ourselves when whoever the band is goes on stage,ya? the last act is interesting. from what i heard it's a new band with Patrick Chng (the oddfellows, all-countries, typewriter).... on sitar!!! that should be worth checking out.
IF consists of Nigel (padres, steelcityskies, the mother) on vox and guitar, fuzz (clothespeg, steelcityskies, phorous) on guitar, rudolf (clothespeg, cimmanon) on drums and eugene (melt) on bass. we play (i'd like to think) guitar pop with a touch of melancholy. come come!
