Yo! Misse - don't know if this is ok to put up on yr forum - but thot you guys might find this interesting.
Booth space available at Bras Basah Complex from 18 June to 26 June. Time 11am to 7pm. Cost $1,200
Hi - there is an event called Cultural Carnival @ BRas Basah Complex. It will feature radio campaign on UFM100.3 from Monday 13 June onwards aswell a 2 live radio shows and roving reports on 18 & 25 June. Publicity campaign through ZoCard as well. Lots of musical and cultural performances.
If anyone is interested, let me know.

Oh ya - there is a press conference on the 18th as well, so there's bound to be press coverage. Bras Basah coverage this week has been good on all the major media.

The space is 2.5m X 5m booth built up, but if you want powerpoint and shelves, extra table and chair, there are some additional costs:-
2.5m X 5m booth with 1 table and 2 chairs OR
3m X 3m booth with 1 table and 2 chairs.
GROUND FLOOR
powerpoint - $50 per point
table - $30 per table
chairs $8 per chair
shelf - $35 per shelf
You can bring your own tables and racks etc - but need to be presentable. Public liability insurance provided - you get yr own if you need.
If you have any offers etc, give to me and i'll check to see if i can put it in the radio segment and if the organizers are askig for a nominal fee. However definitely can get it announced during the roving reports and by the MC on the weekends. If you want to give a talk during the weekdays - let me know, i can arrange for you. You let me know what time you want and i can check against the schedule.

Hi guys: All the booths have been taken up! So till the next time. More coming up in the future. Maybe can work out something for the gearheads out there - trying to plan something there to coincide with the launch of the library. Keep you all posted.
