hur hur hur... for all you know... I'll back out and get a used STRUT locally. I'm looking at the Godin SD though. worth the money good guitar, but note that the replacement parts are virtually impossible to get locally.

From what i see, all the parts seems pretty standard, and from amount of time I spend with my guitars... nothing will get worn out.

from what i rmb though...the scale length is diff? didnt quite get used to my friend's godin sd its gibson scale length but with 24 frets. I just don't like 24 frets guitar. Too many frets. Too confusing. Too messy. But the deal seems pretty good. Should I go for it guys?

From what i see, all the parts seems pretty standard, and from amount of time I spend with my guitars... nothing will get worn out. bridge, saddles, trem bar, pickguard. pots, switch, i think they still using standard ones (not like the Washburn Mercury I had... urgh.) my friend tried to salvage one 2ndhand one and get a different bridge. i haven't asked him about the status of the guitar since, but i think he sold it (he keeps selling his guitars!)
