haha. The national day dinner i went to in the neighbourhood, got a live band. All uncles playing. But saw a really nice guitar, a at least 20 years old looking gibson les paul custom in wine red with a floating tremolo.The bassist was playing a status bass, if not wrong. nice gear, but songs they played were from 70s, those ole ole mandarin songs
Through out the dinner, i was looking at the uncle playing guitar. Although cant see his effect, but the tone thru out the nite was filled with phaser. And the gibby les paul look sweet ah. The finishes on the back of the guitar body and neck has already faded till can see the wood grain. Some delay, slight overdrive was heard also.
Haha, never expect to see such scene in the neighbourhood ;D

eh power.. scally he's some vintage gear collector.. with a.. oh my god!! moon phaser, a klon centaur n blackbox quicksilver delay.. holy shit.. u should have called me down n we can plan to steal some good shit from him.. heheh..

donno if i should say this.. i once had a last minute gig.. i mean really last minute.. we were told about lunch time n played at 5pm at west coast park.. n worse of all.. only 3 out of the 5 can make it.. so we did 2 covers by radiohead n "can't take my eyes off u".. really bad.. there was virtually no crowd.. the only ones there were other performers n the kids n the families playing in the park... n we had to put our pedals on the stool coz the ground was wet.. damn slack man.. haha.. simply unforgettable..  |

At least better than me lah, only indulging in my own fantasy in the comfort of my room, and my mum got to put up with all the weird noise coming from my room somemore

hahaha boss, you see me too high . Not music ah, just some noise and cat in heat type of tone. U ask me to play full song on guitar, i can die straight infront of you loh. I never remember anything that i learn from guitar tab and sometime too lazy to practise also....

the worse thing is that i never finish learning a tab loh.. i have no freaking patience.. seriously.. the best way to praise me is that i make every other guitarists look real good.. haha.. looks like this thread is becoming a "who's bad who's worse" thingy.. haha
